Michael has a proven record with 17 years managing successful capture efforts, developing winning proposals, and growing revenue for both large and small businesses. Prior to starting Sagacity Solutions in 2013 he held executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), IBM, Savantage Solutions, and ASM Research.  Michael has experience working with large, mid, and small businesses in the business development, capture and client delivery roles.   He has a unique combination of proven business development, solution architecture, customer delivery, and management skills.   Michael was acknowledged as an IT expert witness by a Federal Judge as part of a protest before the Court of Federal Claims. He is a recognized leader in the development of solutions using technologies which include: portals, e-commerce applications, e-business applications, middleware, learning, management systems, financial systems, program management support, seat management, data center operations, application development, call center, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
